How can I get a new returns slip?
You won't receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order – instead, you'll need to create your return through your ASOS account – no paper or printer required!

Create a Return
1. Go to the 'My Orders' section of your account and click 'Create Return' next to the order you’re looking to send back to us.
2. You’ll need to select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them to us. If you have items from more than one order that you'd like to return, you can send them back in the same parcel. When creating your return, you’ll be shown any items that can be returned in the same parcel.
3. Search by postcode, street or address to find your nearest drop-off point. You’ll still have the option to choose which carrier you’d like to return your order with, but we’ll let you know which one is closest to the address you’ve given us. Select the carrier you’re returning your order with and select 'Place Return'.
Please remember that all the items you select to return to us must be posted back in one parcel. If you've missed any items off your return, you'll need to create another QR code and return those items in a separate parcel. If your items were shipped from multiple warehouses, you can follow our usual returns process and return all items to the same location.
4. Once created, your unique QR code will be emailed to you. We’ll also save your QR code to your account under 'My Returns' just in case the email gets deleted.
Having trouble returning your order?
Don’t worry, you have 28 days from the date your order was delivered or available for collection to return it for a refund. It can be used at any drop-off point that offers the same returns service as the one you selected when creating your return. Find the nearest drop-off location for your chosen carrier below:

We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2022. Orders placed from 14 November 2022 – 24 December 2022 can be returned up until 24 January 2023, for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Orders placed after 24 December 2022 are subject to our returns policy.
