Nike Air Force 1 Flyknit
‘I was never really a fan of the AF1 until these Flyknit babies were released. They are perfect for summer because the sole is so lightweight. The Flyknit upper also makes them really breathable, and the fact they're all white means they'll look great with that summer tan! I'm also one for details so I love the additional icy sole panels on the front and back.’

Nike Air Presto PRM
‘My fashion motto, as lame as that term is, is... "function over fashion". You’re always on your feet when you work in London, so you need to have footwear that is comfortable. For me, that's something that takes me from A to B with ease. Day to day I love to wear Prestos, or Frees, or something soft and comfy, or anything along those lines. These Prestos are again perfect for summer with the light grey colour palette, but are also hard wearing as they're premium stretch leather.’

Nike Air Max 95 PRM
‘I'm an Air Max girl and, being from Romford, a bit of a chav at heart, too! 95s are one of my favourite shoes because I like the chunkiness (which puts some girls off). My fave thing about 95s is the stripe detailing as Nike always create banging gradients with colour and pattern – these lilac kicks being a prime example.’

Nike Air Max LD-Zero
‘I love wearing monochrome and grey as well as Air Max trainers, so these tick all the boxes. I love full-bubble midsole units because they're almost futuristic looking. I find them so comfy to wear, like you're walking on clouds all day, so again they fulfil my working-day comfort levels.’

adidas EQT
‘EQTs are one of the few adidas silhouettes I love, and these are banging because they're monochrome so you can just chuck them on without having to think about it. The EQT Support series is a re-worked version of the runner-inspired 90s Equipment running shoes, which are also known for their comfort. The three stripes extending into the EVA midsole makes these a striking, statement shoe to don on road, while the Flyknit upper makes them really breathable, too.’
