We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter, and the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below for the full details. If you’ve got any questions, just contact win@asos.com.

We know that there are ASOS lovers all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over. So that we are completely fair, anyone employed by us, including freelancers and contractors, their families (parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) and professionally connected to this promotion is not allowed to enter.
You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this promotion, but you do need your own active Twitter account and access to the internet.

8.1. Six-mile Supercar Track Driving Experience for 2 (Nationwide)
1. Six-Mile Supercar Track Driving Experience. (1 hour) Includes choice of one supercar to drive for 6 miles on racetrack and high speed passenger ride with a professional driver.
2. The Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2021 – 2nd January 2022 or 21st December 2022 – 2nd January 2023 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
3. The winner and their guest must meet the minimum age, height and weight requirements. Minimum age is 17 years, minimum height is 5’0” and maximum height is 6’6”, the maximum weight is 18 stone.
4. The winner and their guest must present a full UK driving licence on the day.
5. The Prize is valid for 24 months from the date of notification of winning and must be booked and completed within that time frame.
6. The Winner must contact the prize provider with three preferred dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to experience.
7. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
8. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
11. If the stated activity is unavailable over winner’s preferred dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider.
12. If winner doesn’t wish to take the prize, a cash alternative to the value of £220 will be provided, via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over.
13. Redemption of Prizes is subject to Government guidelines and lockdown measures which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
14. If Government guidelines restrict redemption of the Prizes in their current form, the Promoter will work with the winners to discuss moving the prize to a later date or issuing an alternative prize.
15. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
16. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. 17. You and your guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize. Whilst at the event/venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
8.2 Holystone Drone with 4K Camera
1. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
2. Specified makes and models may vary at time of ordering; if stated item is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be offered by the prize provider.
3. If winner doesn’t wish to take the prize, a cash alternative to the value of £150 will be provided via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over.
4. Prize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged.
5. Recipient may need to provide ID on delivery.
6. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct delivery information to the prize provider.

13. Experience is weather dependant, if cancelled due to bad inclement weather, experience will be rearranged for another date.
14. All jumpers will undertake training/safety briefing before the jump.

16. If winner chooses to forfeit the stated activity then no alternative activities will be provided.
17. The Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

9. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.
10. Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room.
11. Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion.
12. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.
13. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

18. Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel.

22. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
23. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers.
24. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
25. The white water rafting and ATV experience is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for pregnant travellers or those with certain underlying health conditions, a minimum age may apply for driving the ATV and will be advised upon booking.
26. The minimum age for the zip line park is 4 years old, the maximum weight is 18.5 stone, other restrictions may apply to particular activities at the park and will be advised.
27. The activities are not recommended for those who are pregnant and it is not wheelchair accessible.
28. The spa treatment is for a maximum of 60 minutes, Winner will be given a list of options by the prize provider.
29. If the stated activities are unavailable over winner’s preferred travel dates, then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider.
30. If any of the stated activities are unavailable or unsuitable over winner’s preferred travel dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider.
31. Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of £100 incl. gratuity, provided via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over.
32. Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest, more information on travel insurance regarding COVID-19 will be advised.
33. gg.If winner doesn’t wish to take the prize, a cash alternative to the maximum value of £4,035 for all elements of the prize, will be provided via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over.
34. The Prize Provider reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize.
35. Guests below the age of 18 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
36. If the prize falls within school term time and any of the guests are still in school, the Winner must provide (for each of the guests who are still at school) the Promoter with proof that their school(s) have agreed to allow them to attend the holiday. The guests’ School(s) must send a formal email or letter to the Promoter stating that they agree to allow the guest to take up the prize. The letter or email must be received by the Promoter within one week of request. Failure to provide this information may result in the Winner and/or guests forfeiting their prize. It will be the winner’s and (if applicable) their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
37. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
38. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
39. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted.
40. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
41. The Prize will be forfeited if:
  1. the Winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
  2. the Winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within Thailand; or
  3. the Winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.

Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected our winners fairly from all the valid entries we receive, 9 random draws will be carried out by an independent promotional verification service to select 9 winners; 1 winner per Prize Draw. The draws will take place within 1(one) hour after the end of the Promotion Period.
Contacting the winner: We’ll contact the winners via the Twitter account that you used to enter with within 2 working days of Winner Selection. The lucky winners will need to respond to us within 14 days from the point of contact. If a winner doesn’t respond within the time given, we reserve the right to disqualify them. If a winner doesn’t respond, the Prizes will be awarded to a reserve winner. We’ll select reserves in the same manner as above, and the time required for reserves to respond may be shorter. This will be detailed while notifying a reserve winner. If no winner responds, we reserve the right to not award the Prizes.
Prize Acceptance: If you are our lucky winners, we will send you your Prizes as soon as we can, and they will be delivered to you within 28 days of the date you accept the Prizes when contacted by ASOS in accordance with the details provided by you in Clause 10. This does not apply to experiences which will be booked on a date as requested by the winner.
In the unlikely event that a physical Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of your Prize Acceptance, you’ll have a further 28 days to inform us by emailing the team at: ASOSFunFund@promowinners.com . If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at our sole discretion.

Prize package includes:
1. £100 Travel Allowance (Total);
2. Indoor Skydiving Experience with 360 Virtual Reality includes: 3 flights (2 indoor skydives and 1 VR skydive) per person, equipment hire and full face VR helmet, flight certificate, professional instructors (Available in 3 locations – Basingstoke, Manchester and Milton Keynes).
Prize is subject to availability.
Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2021 – 2nd January 2022 or 21st December 2022 – 2nd January 2023 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
Prize is valid for 24 months from the date of notification of winning and must be booked and completed within that time frame.
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to experience.
All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
The minimum age is 3 years old, a waiver form must be signed prior to flying, those under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or guardian, experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant, or have had neck, back or shoulder injuries.
The maximum weight is 18 stone.
Travel allowance will provided to the Winner to a maximum value of £100 via bank transfer.
If the stated activity is unavailable over winner’s preferred travel dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider.
Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
If winner doesn’t wish to take the prize, a cash alternative for all elements of the prize to the maximum value of £380 will be provided via transfer to the winner’s nominated account. The recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older.

Moderation: We can’t accept any entries which we think:
1. Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of ASOS or any brand partner;
2. Include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
3. Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to ASOS (including its partners); or
4. Promotes any political agenda.
Unless already specified by the Promoter, you can’t transfer a Prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.
If, for reasons we can’t control, a Prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative Prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value.
Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter by sending them an email to win@asos.com, one month of the end of the Promotion Period for a period of 8 weeks. The winners can object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing win@asos.com. Without prejudice, we will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

We believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion.If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded. Entrants are not allowed to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Prize draw or a Prize itself (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, ASOS won’t be liable for this.Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.
