What You Need To Know:

We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter, and how the Prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below for the full details. 

1. We know that there are ASOS lovers all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over who are categorised as ASOS Nike Loyalists and are sent the ASOS x Nike promotional email. So that we are completely fair, anyone employed by us or professionally connected to this promotion is not allowed to enter. 

2. You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this promotion, but you do need your own email account and access to the internet in order to enter.

3. Promotion Period: You can enter between 18:00 GMT on the 6 December 2024 and 23:59 GMT on the 15 December 2024 inclusive.

4. To Enter: Entering this promotion is simple, if you are sent the ASOS x Nike promotional email, click on the Microsoft Forms link and complete the online form to provide your details (full name and email address) alongside answering the 3 this-or-that questions  to be entered into the Prize Draw. 

5. We’re sorry, but a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may receive more than 1 Prize.

6. The Prizes: There will be a total of 15 winners. Each winner will win 1 x £250 ASOS gift card.

7. Further Prize Details and Conditions: 
a. The winners will receive an individual gift voucher code via email which can be registered to their ASOS account as credit. 
b. The gift voucher will have its own expiry date of 1 years from the date of issue. The expiry date will be made clear when the voucher is sent to the winners. 
c. Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment against eligible items on the ASOS websites (this does not include ASOS Marketplace). 
d. No cash refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the gift voucher is locked to the winners’ account and can be used against future purchases.

8. Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected our winners fairly from all the valid entries we receive, the random draw will be carried out by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service to select 15 provisional winners. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

9. Contacting the Winners: We’ll contact the provisional winners via the email address provided on entry within 14 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as the winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

10. Prize Acceptance: If you are our lucky winners, fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 28 days, the winner must inform us by emailing asosxnikeloyalists24@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at our sole discretion. 

12. Provided no objection is received from the winners, we’ll make a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners available 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request via email to customercare@asos.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Contacting the Winners process, however, we will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. Sorry, but you can’t transfer the Prizes to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.

14. If, for reasons we can’t control, the Prizes are no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative Prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value.

The Legal and Other Bits
No one likes the small print, but we need to let you know about some other important stuff too and make you feel comfortable that we run our promotions properly, fairly (and legally!):

15. Data Privacy: We care a lot about the security of your personal data and it will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: www.asos.com/privacy-policy/ and will be used for the purposes of this promotion and for research and analytical purposes. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the to fulfil this promotion.

16. We seek to run a fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months.  For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process. 

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

17. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We can’t guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

18. We and our associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15334) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19. We won’t be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
