COME WITH US TO THE ADIDAS ORIGINALS X ASOS RUNWAY

Last night, adidas and ASOS shut down a street in central London. Road markings were replaced with a familiar set of three stripes, a local pub was mysteriously renamed The ASOS Arms, and hundreds of the city’s most stylish descended on the tarmac – that can only mean one thing: adidas Originals x ASOS: Collection 01 is almost here.

The exclusive runway showcased each piece from the bespoke new womenswear collection, designed in-house by ASOS using adidas’ iconic sportswear heritage. A blend of trend-led silhouettes, sharp tailoring and enduring streetwear, Collection 01 marks a major new chapter for both brands’ long-standing relationship – and we got to witness it all unfold in real-time. Keep scrolling for all the looks, the energy and the legendary guests who showed up and showed out.

Models stormed the tarmac on Warren Street, London.

Warren Street was totally transformed. adidas Originals x ASOS logos stretched across the tarmac, and huge lighting rigs towered overhead, casting a cinematic glow on the bespoke catwalk built straight down the middle of the street. Locals could be seen peeking out from their windows above, phones in hand, as models emerged to the pulse of high-energy music. A stretch of street seating lined both sides of the runway, setting the stage for the night’s big reveal. By showtime, a crowd had gathered – all eyes on the clothes.

A little peek at the collection, coming 15 July.
Each look was crafted using the new adidas Originals x ASOS collection, styled with hand-picked ASOS DESIGN pieces for that signature remix feel. It was a masterclass in blending sportswear with streetwear – think slouchy tailoring, matching knits and luxe-feel fabrics that play with structure and silhouette.

Masculine and feminine elements collided, with rugby shirts and sleek maxi skirts, capri-length leggings paired with oversized blazers. Colour stories moved between rich burgundy, butter yellow and classic monochrome stripes, punctuated by playful new takes on the iconic adidas tracksuit – including cropped versions and crochet sets.

It's athleisure, but redefined and rooted in ASOS attitude.

THE GUESTS

The front row did not disappoint. Guests came dressed in head-to-toe pieces from the new drop, each bringing their own spin on styling – from layered tanks and tailored blazers to sheer skirts worn over shorts and statement trainers. One standout even clipped an adidas Tokyo shoe onto their bag as a charm (we’re obsessed).

The hottest DJ of the moment, Shygirl, was spotted at the show – and just before the models hit the catwalk? None other than music legend Ciara made a surprise entrance. Dressed head-to-toe in dusty pink adidas, she secured her spot on the FROW before the runway started.

Elsewhere, our favourite content creators including Lola Clark and Shay Zanco rubbed shoulders with industry icons and fashion disruptors alike. If there was ever proof that the adidas x ASOS community is diverse, bold and unapologetically original – this was it.
