Returning an item sold and shipped by New Balance

Christmas Returns Policy

We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2025. Orders placed between 17 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 can be returned to us up until 15 January 2026. 

Orders placed after 19 December 2025 are subject to our regular Returns Policy.

If you’re returning an item from our Brand Partner, New Balance, you can generate your return by following these steps:

  • Go to 'My Account' and open 'My Orders'. Select 'Track Parcel' on the order you want to return.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the UPS tracking page and click the 'Return this parcel' button. You’ll be presented with several options to create your return label - simply follow the steps as directed.
  • Once your return has been successfully created, the 'Return this parcel' button will change to 'View return label', allowing you to access your label at a later date if needed.
  • Take your parcel to a UPS drop-off point, and they’ll take care of the rest.
