If you’re returning an item from our Brand Partner, New Balance , you can generate your return by following these steps: Go to ' My Account ' and open ' My Orders' . Select ' Track Parcel' on the order you want to return. Scroll down to the bottom of the UPS tracking page and click the ' Return this parcel' button. You’ll be presented with several options to create your return label - simply follow the steps as directed. Once your return has been successfully created, the ' Return this parcel' button will change to 'View return label' , allowing you to access your label at a later date if needed. Take your parcel to a UPS drop-off point, and they’ll take care of the rest.
