How do product reviews work?

Placed an order and want to give us some feedback on our products? You can now leave a review on the items you’ve recently bought.

We want to make sure that the quality, style and fit of our products are meeting our customers' expectations, and by letting us know what you think, we can keep offering items that we know our customers are going to love.

Every product review submitted is moderated by a third party before it is published on our website. You can find out more about the moderation process in our Product Review Policy.

How does it work?

Once you’ve received your order, if your email contact preferences allow, you’ll receive an email from us with link(s) to review the product(s) you bought. You can also access the review form by logging on to your ASOS account via the app, clicking ‘My orders’ and selecting the product(s) you bought and ‘Leave a review’. The 'Leave a review' button will appear one day after the estimated delivery date for your order.

Depending on the product, you’ll be asked a few questions about the sizing and quality. You can also describe your own experience in a few words. Don’t forget to give the product an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.

Tips for writing a review

  • Keep your review about the product itself and its features.
  • Be specific about what you liked or what you didn’t like.
  • Ensure your review is consistent with the star rating you’ve given.
  • Don't include any personal information.
  • Leave a review in the same language as the website you’ve shopped on.

All reviews left on our products are moderated by an independent third party and will be rejected if they do not comply with our Terms and Conditions for Product Reviews.

Reporting product reviews

If you come across a product review that you believe is fake, misleading, or not in line with our Terms and Conditions for Product Reviews, you can report it by using the ‘Report’ button under each review. 

A product review you’ve submitted may be reported by other users and if our third-party moderator finds it is not in line with our Product Review Policy, the review will be removed. 

Faulty item?

You can leave a review on the quality of the product you’ve received, but the reviews aren’t monitored by our ASOS Customer Care team, so they won’t be able to help with any queries left on the reviews platform.
