Chic suiting often appears in the form of blacks and beiges. But if there’s one thing we’ve taken from the cast of All’s Fair (who play a group of cut-throat and enviably elegant attorneys) it’s that colour is nothing to be scared of. These Hollywood legends are turning out in bright jewel tones, from deep reds to rich purples – and with such luxe silhouettes, the whole thing feels superbly executed. The best thing about brights is that they’re an outlet for individual style – even in the workplace.

Another thing All’s Fair gets right is the overcoat. Layering outerwear with a heavier tailored look can be a bit daunting – after all, you don’t want to rock up to your desk melting from all the layers. Try taking cues from your blazer and reach for a coat with a tie-waist detail, which (quite literally) pulls your outfit together. We also love that Kim K and co. aren’t afraid to dabble in statement textures. From leather to faux fur, there’s no reason your jacket shouldn’t make an entrance.

Whether it’s a colour-pop red or a contrasting pair of tights, the attorneys of All’s Fair are doing bits for the office accessory. These small details are a great way to add some flair to your everyday look without causing too much fuss. Plus, they require a smaller investment. We’re loving leather gloves and corresponding bags as we head into winter – giving off an ‘I’m in charge’ vibe that even your boss will bow to. And if you’re really stumped? A slim pair of dark sunglasses will keep your late nights under wraps and your colleagues at bay – at least until that first morning coffee.
