1. THE BASE

2. THE BROWS
ICYDK, 90s makeup was ALLL about super skinny, dark brows. If you’re not ready to commit to a painful waxing sesh, use your foundation/concealer and some powder to shape them – and then sharpen them up with this just-dropped Benefit pencil. The accuracy is 10/10 📐
3. THE EYESHADOW
MAC Eyeshadow Palette - Encrypted Krytonite, £32
Now here’s where the magic happens! Apply some white, light grey or even pale blue eyeshadow all across your lid. For some dimension, simply blend a darker (but cool-toned) shade on your crease. 5. THE LIP

This beat needs an ombre lip. So, start off with a strong brown lipliner and follow with a lighter lipstick shade. Blend the two by tapping lightly with your fingers or a brush. A semi washed-out lip was a fave of every 90s MUA like, ever – and now it’s a fave of yours. Time for the mandatory tousled updo and then you’re gtg 🧚♂️
