GEORGY
Hey Georgy! 👋 The team are looking 🔥 in their adidas jerseys. Do you have a fave piece from the the shoot?
It’s hard to pick just one because they've really made some all-timers. Colombia and Sweden are standouts, but Japan has to be my favourite. The pink-and-purple colourway is elite.
Agreed. What makes a good football jersey?
For me, the colours are so important. In my opinion, bold is best – I'm about bright colours used in simple ways and colour blocking, as well as a well-chosen colour clash! I love it when there’s an interesting inspirational story behind the design, too.

Football fashion is HUGE. Are you embracing it?
It’s mega RN and I love it – defo embracing it! I love looking at how other people are styling football jerseys into their everyday looks, and I’ve let it influence how I dress, too. I’m always searching for inspo and I hope it'll be here to stay because I’m starting to build quite a collection of football pieces...
Love it 🙌 Apart from the pitch, where’s your fave place to wear your footie jersey?
Anywhere I’m able to dress down but still show my style – at work and seeing friends on weekends mostly!

MORF
Hey there, Morf! We've gotta know – how do you make your jersey YOU?
Hi ASOS! I always style my football jerseys with thick gold chains and earrings to make it more of lifestyle look vs Match Day. If we’re in summer, I'm normally styling my jersey underneath my denim dungarees.
Nice! How would you describe your style?
Pretty tomboy-ish. When I was younger I was a hip-hop dancer, so oversized T-shirts, baggy tracksuits and jeans with caps were my staples, which has just stuck with me over the years. It's funny because there's been such a resurgence in Y2K fashion, 20 years later and the younger generation are rocking brands I grew up with like Ed Hardy, Von Dutch and Evisu.

So true. Do you like to express your style on the pitch, too?
To be honest, I'd say my style on pitch is very practical – nothing too crazy. Stylist or not, you know I’m always wearing socks and sliders pre and post-match paired with a long trench coat.
Do you ever swap fashion tips across the team?
Not really! Everyone on the squad has such unique style and rocks their 'fits with confidence!

Love to see it. Do you prefer dressing up or dressing down?
Dressing down ALWAYS. Even when I’m going out-out, I’m always dressed-down. Comfort is key for me.
We feel ya! And finally, who’s your fashion inspo? 🫶
It has to be Veneda Carter, hands down. She’s a model-turned-celebrity-stylist whose styling is 10/10. I’ve always loved the oversized streetwear aesthetic, which she's been spearheading for women over the last 15 years.
