What You Need to Know:

We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter, and how the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below for the full details.

We know that there are ASOS lovers all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, anyone employed by us or professionally connected to this promotion is not allowed to enter.
You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this promotion, but you do need your own active TikTok account, email account and access to the internet in order to enter.
Promotion Period: You can enter between 08:00 GMT on the 18 November 2022 and 08:00 GMT on the 23 November 2022.
To Enter: Entering this promotion is simple just visit https://www.asos.com/partnerships/mobo-awards/ and complete the online form providing your email address and telephone number to enter the prize draw.
We’re sorry, but a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
The Prize There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x pair of VIP tickets to the MOBO Awards London Ovo Arena Wembly on Wednesday 30^th November at 6pm and 2 x £250 ASOS Vouchers.
Further Prize Details and Conditions:
- You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation, the Promoter’s ability to fulfil a Prize and/or perform any of its obligations under these terms could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (“Covid Measures”).
- If, due to any Covid Measures, the Promoter is unable to fulfil a Prize or perform any of its other obligations under these terms, then the Promoter (and any relevant third party) shall not be in breach of these terms nor responsible for any expenditure, losses or costs incurred by you.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize doesn't include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither we or any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for these costs.
- The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
- The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize. Whilst at the event/venue, the winner and guest must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
- The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of your prize. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take care when moving around the event/venue.
- ASOS Voucher:
1. The winner will receive an individual gift voucher code via email to register it to their ASOS account as credit. An ASOS account will need to be set up to use the gift voucher (if the winner hasn’t done this already).
2. Unless otherwise limited or prohibited by law, the gift voucher will have its own expiry date of 24 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be made clear when the voucher is sent to the winner.
3. Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment against eligible items on the ASOS websites (this does not include ASOS Marketplace or the purchase of other ASOS gift vouchers).
4. Gift vouchers can be used against shipping costs.
5. Unless otherwise required by law, no cash refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the gift voucher is locked to the winner’s account and can be used against future purchases.

Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected the winner fairly from all the valid entries we receive, the random draw will be carried out by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service to select 1 provisional winner. The draw will take place within 1 working day of the end of the Promotion Period.
Contacting the Winners: We’ll contact the provisional winner via the email address provided on entry to enter within 1 working day of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winners do not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Prize Acceptance: If you are our lucky winner, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 1 day of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform us by emailing win@asos.com. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at our sole discretion.
Provided no objection from the winner is received, we’ll make a winner list stating the surname and county of residence of the winners available 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to win@asos.com. Winners can object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. However, without prejudice, we will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
Sorry, but you can’t transfer the Prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.
If, for reasons we can’t control, the Prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative Prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value. Data Privacy: We care a lot about the security of your personal data and it will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: www.asos.com/privacy-policy/ and will only be used for the purposes of this promotion save where you have opted in to receive communications from [JS13371]. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the to fulfil this promotion.

The Legal and Other Bits
No one likes the small print, but we need to let you know about some other important stuff too and make you feel comfortable that we run our promotions properly, fairly (and legally!):
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
We seek to run a fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
- Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
- Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
- Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
- Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
- Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
- Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
- Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
- Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
We and our associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
We won’t be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
