Carefully tear open sachet
Peel off and discard film to reveal the sticky side
Insert your nail, positioning with the pre-soaked pad
Fold over the sides to secure in place
Wait for 15-20 minutes before removing 
Discard wrap and gently remove any remaining softened gel
