BAD BUNNY IS HEADLINING THE SUPER BOWL AND OUR MOODBOARDS

Let's be real, who deserved the Super Bowl 2026 headliner title more than Puerto Rican megastar Bad Bunny? With the recent announcement that he’ll take the torch from Kendrick Lamar, all eyes are on him – for both his music and his style. Since his breakthrough in 2018 with X 100pre, we’ve watched Bad Bunny grow both sonically and sartorially, and we’ve come to one singular conclusion: it’s impossible to label him. One day he’s embodying the ultimate hypebeast in monograms and loud graphics, the next he’s toned-down and polished-up in tailoring. His motto is to have fun with fashion, which is exactly why we’re going down memory lane with a look back at a few of his greatest ‘fits. Have a scroll – and keep note of all the autumn outfit inspiration you’ll find.

ALL-WHITE TONES

While black monochrome suits aren’t rare on the red carpet or big screens (John Wick’s now-iconic blacked out ensemble comes to mind), white is a less common occurrence – but you can bet on Bad Bunny to do what nobody else does. Our favourite Met Gala man never disappoints, but if we had to pick our favourite look of his, this 2023 Jacquemus look easily takes the crown. He absolutely aced the theme of ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’, adorning his all-white suit with a 26-foot train of roses, and zooming into his tailoring reveals a subtle textural touch. It’s giving The Hunger Games’ President Coriolanus Snow, but in an ethereal, angelic sort of way.

CEO OF COLOUR DRENCHING

Speaking of colour, Bad Bunny’s a master at working it into his outfits. Just admire his colour drenching finesse here: chocolate trousers, tan cowboy boots and a dusty brown jacket layer depth and dimension into a simple after-dark ‘fit, and his diamonds complete the mood. Considering chocolate brown is a key shade to know for AW25 (if not the key shade to know), this 2024 look was ahead of its time – nothing new for Bad Bunny. He's a perpetual trendsetter. If you need to look sharp for date nights, bar hopping or even after-work drinks, slip into some tailored basics in colour-drenched neutrals for that sweet Bad Bunny effect. Works like a charm.

BUSINESS CASUAL

Everyone owns a shirt that’s three sizes too large, and lost for how to style it. If you’re in the same boat and want to liberate said shirt from wardrobe jail, look to Bad Bunny for style cues. He’s the walking personification of the viral ‘wearing vs styling’ trend – just look at how he elevates this oversized shirt-and-baggy jeans combo into a runway-ready ensemble with help of accessories. His angular loafers and the matching leather bag – both finished with gold hardware to match his gold chains – are doing some serious work in this outfit. We said business casual is back, and Bad Bunny is among the A-listers leading the charge.

STREETWEAR SYNERGY

We can’t speak on this icon’s style without honouring at least one of his streetwear looks, and this courtside moment lives in our heads rent-free. If you’re not in the mood to dapper up in tailoring and loafers 24/7 – follow Bad Bunny’s lead. Whether you’re running errands or just strolling around the park, do it in puffer jackets and tracksuits. This isn’t a revolutionary outfit combo, but the devil's in the details. Choose cargo joggers littered with pockets and opt for puffer jackets with textural interest. A mohair knit beanie like BB’s – or even a graphic beanie – tops off this effortless look.

A LESSON IN A-LIST STYLE

Bad Bunny is a lover of 70s details – think bell bottoms, heeled boots and flowy silhouettes – and this look is a great example of how to work them for A/W. You might not have the exact same jacket in your collection, but a traditional beige trench looks just as statement when styled with similar pieces. While copying his look bar-for-bar is best saved for occasions where ‘doing the most’ is the dress code, substituting Bad Bunny’s Cuban-heel boots with flat Chelsea boots makes it more everyday-friendly. Just don’t forget the sporty sunglasses – they’re a cool-guy essential, no matter where you’re headed.
