K-TRAP’S TECHY OUTFIT WAS OUR FAVOURITE WIRELESS SURPRISE

Wireless Festival – AKA Finsbury Park’s annual melting pot of hip-hop, R&B and more – celebrated its 20th anniversary this year with help from headliner Drake. Over three consecutive days, the UK-fanboy brought a revolving line-up of guests to join him on stage including UK heavyweights Central Cee and Skepta for his Saturday set (which was aptly-titled ‘Drake and the Mandem’ day). While back-to-back performances kept the crowd guessing in 30-degree weather, K-Trap’s surprise performance of Warm and his slick streetwear ‘fit delivered some much-needed festival ‘fitspo.

K-Trap isn’t a stranger to the streetwear uniform, but he’s always carved a lane of his own. During Wireless, he layered a graphic Rick Owens shacket over a dark grey vest for a tonal look. His cargo shorts – pulled from the Converse X DRKSHDW collab – featured a dropped crotch, multiple pockets and a contrasting drawstring that added a slightly grungy, utility edge.
