Returns & Refunds

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Yes! If you have items from more than one order that you'd like to return, you can send them back in the same parcel. When creating your return in 'My Orders', you’ll be shown any items that can be returned in the same parcel.

How do I combine my returns?

  • Simply log into 'My Orders', go to 'create return', select the items from each order you want to return and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure all of the items you select to return can fit in one parcel. If they can't fit in one parcel, you'll need to return them in multiple parcels and create a separate return for each parcel.

  • You'll be sent a QR code or label for your combined return with your tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your return.

  • When your return arrives at our warehouse, all items will be processed at the same time. You’ll receive a separate return confirmation email for each order, even though the items have been returned together in one parcel.

  • If your items were shipped from multiple warehouses, you can follow our usual returns process and return them to the same location.

Do I need to send anything back to you with my combined return?

No – all you need to do is send your products back, alongside any opened or used ASOS packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders.

Is there a limit on how many orders I can send back in the same parcel?

Depending on your carrier, please make sure your parcel doesn't exceed the sizes listed below - otherwise the carrier may not be able to accept it:

Royal Mail: 20kg, 61x46x46cm
Collect+: 10kg, 60x50x50cm
EVRi: 15kg, 120cm x 60cm x 60cm
InPost Lockers: 15kg, 41cm x 38cm x 64cm. Only 1 parcel per locker compartment
ASDA toyou: 25kg, 90x60x60cm
