Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2021. Orders placed from 08 November 2021 – 24 December 2021 can be returned up until 31 January 2022, for a full refund back to your original payment method.

We’re no longer offering free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
- Returns are FREE and trackable.
- You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.
- It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
How to return
Haven’t you heard? ASOS have taken returns online!
You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order. Instead, you'll need to create your return with your preferred carrier through My Account. To find out how to return, click here.

If none of these options are suitable, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to make your own arrangements.
After you've returned
It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse. We'll send you an email once your return has been processed. All refunds are subject to our original condition and fair use policies set out in our Returns Policy. If you use the ASOS app and have opted in for notifications, we’ll also send you a notification once your return has been completed. For more info on getting notifications, click here.
