Looking for the size guide?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly, so we have size guides available on most of our product pages to help you find the perfect fit – first time! Just use the 'Size Guide' button on each product page – you’ll find it in the ‘Size & Fit’ tab.
The size guide is specific for most brands and appears in different places depending on which device you are using to shop:
- Desktop: Above the drop down for size selection
- Mobile: Underneath 'add to bag'
- App: Under the options below the 'add to bag' button
In most cases, you’ll also see a conversion chart available to you – this’ll help you match the correct size to the international sizes the item is offered in.
Check which size the model is wearing
Please check the ‘Size & Fit’ tab on the product page to see what the model’s height is and which size they’re wearing. This’ll help get an idea of what the length of the item is and how it’ll sit on the figure.

Look at the info about the product
Have a look at the ‘Product Details’ tab on the product page: for example, if the item has an oversized fit or a regular fit, it would be mentioned there. This’ll help you decide if you want to size up or down for this item.

See what the reviews say
Product reviews are a great way for you to see how other customers are finding the size and fit of the item. This might help you make better informed decisions based on real-life feedback.

At the moment reviews aren’t available for all products but we’re working on expanding this to more products. You can learn more about how reviews work here.
Want some help choosing the right size?
We’ve got you covered! Our Fit Assistant will help you with personalised recommendations on which size to select.
Fit Assistant is our handy size recommendation tool available on most product pages. Keep an eye out for the blue icon near the 'Size' drop down.

The tool will ask for information such as your height, age, and weight to help you choose the right size when you order and will also look at your order history. When you're logged in, you'll then see a size recommendation on some product pages, best matched to the information you've provided.

If you’re using our App, tap on the ‘Size’ drop-down to see the recommendation.

If you want to edit your details at any point, here’s how you do it:
- Desktop: Click on the ‘Fit Assistant’ recommendation to amend any information that is no longer correct
- App: Tap on ‘Edit your details’ in the Fit Assistant recommendation window.
