How do deliveries with ASOS work in the UK?

Things to know

• Delivery options may vary depending on your delivery address and when you place your order. We’ll show you all the available delivery methods for your address at checkout. During busy periods, delivery cut-off times may change, or some delivery options might not be available.
• If your order is sent in multiple parcels, you’ll see a separate tracking link for each one and they may arrive separately – follow this link for more info about tracking.
• Some items could be shipped from a different warehouse – you can read more about this here.
• For delivery to your workplace, please include your company name in the address and make sure someone is there to receive the order.
• Double-check the delivery address at checkout as we’re unable to change the address once an order has been placed.

Standard Delivery

• Cost: £4.50; FREE on orders over £40 or with ASOS Premier.
• Delivery timeframe: delivery is within 3-5 working days* (Monday - Saturday, excluding Public Holidays).  
• Standard (OA) - Deliveries to Outer Areas are within 6 working days*. This covers the following postcodes: AB31, AB36–AB38, AB41–AB43, AB45, AB54–AB56, BT, DG14, FK18–FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA18, KA27–KA28, KW, PA, PH, SA72 and ZE.
• We also deliver to PO BOX and BFPO addresses – follow this link for more info.  

Next Day Delivery

• Cost: £5.95; FREE with ASOS Premier on orders over £15 (post-discount). 
• Delivery timeframe: place your order before the specific cut-off times shown at checkout to receive it the following day* (Monday - Sunday, excluding Public Holidays). Cut-off times may vary between Next Day, Next Day (OA), and Next Day (NI). 
• Next Day (NI) – Deliveries to Northern Ireland are Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. We can’t send some hazardous items, such as liquids and aerosols, on this service - Standard Delivery will need to be selected at checkout. 
• Next Day (OA) – Deliveries to the Isle of Wight and Outer Areas are Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. this covers the following postcodes: AB10-AB16, AB21-AB25, AB30, AB39, BH, BN1 0-BN1 9, CA, CT, DD, DG, DL, DT, EH, EX, G58, G60, G62-G63, G65, G71-G84, IP11, KA, LA, LD, LL, ML, NE48, NE66-NE67, NE69-NE71, PA3 0-PA3 9, PH, PL, PO, SA, SO, SP, SS, SY, TA, TD, TR, TQ, YO22. 

Next Day Delivery could be switched during busy periods - when this happens, choose ‘Fastest Delivery’ as the quickest delivery option.

Click & Collect Delivery 

Standard Click & Collect

Express Click & Collect

• Cost: £5.95; FREE with ASOS Premier on orders over £15 (post-discount).
• Delivery timeframe: delivery is within 2 working days* (Monday - Saturday, excluding Public Holidays).
• This service is only available with InPost.

Next Day Click & Collect 

• Cost: £5.95; FREE with ASOS Premier on orders over £15 (post-discount). 
• Delivery timeframe: place your order before the specific cut-off times shown at checkout to receive it the following day* (Monday - Sunday, excluding Public Holidays). 
• Once your order arrives at your chosen collection point, we'll let you know when it's ready to pick up. Please follow this link for more info on how to collect your order. 

Nominated Day Delivery  

• Cost: £5.95; FREE with ASOS Premier on orders over £15 (post-discount). 
• Delivery timeframe: delivery is on a selected day*, booked up to 10 days in advance (Monday to Sunday, excluding Public Holidays). 
• This service is unavailable for the following postcode areas: AB31-56, BF (All), BH (all), BT (All), CT (all), DT (all), EX (all), HS (All), IM (All), IV (All), KA27-28, KW (All), PA20-80, PH15-50, PO (all), SO (all), SP (all), TA (all), TR21-25, TQ (all), ZE (All). 

ASOS Instant Delivery

ASOS Instant AM 

• Cost: £7.95 (excluded from ASOS Premier subscriptions).
• Delivery timeframe: place your order by 8pm (Monday - Friday and Sunday) or order by 7pm (Saturday) for delivery the next morning* (until 12:00 pm). Orders placed after the cut-off times may take an extra working day to arrive. 
• ASOS Instant AM is unavailable to a small number of postcodes: AB (all), BF (all), DD1-9, FK17-21, G83-90, GY (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV (all), JE (all), KA27-28, KW (all), KY6-8, KY10, KY14, KY16, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH (all), PO30-41, TR (all), ZE (all), and all postcodes in Scotland.

ASOS Instant Evening 

• Cost: £8.95 (excluded from ASOS Premier subscriptions).
• Delivery timeframe: place your order by 10am (Monday-Sunday) for delivery on the same day between 6pm and 10pm*. 
• ASOS Instant Evening is only available to Central London postcodes, and Greater London and M25 surrounding area postcodes. You’ll see this option at checkout if your address is covered.

ASOS Premier 

With ASOS Premier, you can enjoy free delivery for a whole year. For just £9.95, you get free Next Day Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery* when you spend a minimum of £15 (post-discount), and free Standard delivery on all orders (with no minimum spend). You can sign up for ASOS Premier here.

Ordering to the Channel Islands 

• Next Day Delivery is only available for the Isle of Wight. If you place your order between 8pm on Friday and midnight on Saturday, it will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. 
• All orders to Guernsey and Jersey are shipped using Standard Delivery. 
• We also offer Standard Click & Collect to Jersey Post parcel lockers in Jersey. To use this service, you'll need to register for a free Parcel Locker ID. Register and find out more about the parcel locker service here. 
• The Channel Islands are not part of the UK for VAT purposes, so orders delivered there are treated as zero-rated exports. However, the amount you pay for your items won’t change, as we consider the costs of doing business across all markets we operate in, and price our products based on a variety of commercial market factors.
