How does delivery work with items sold and shipped by ASOS Brand Partners?

You’ll see on the product page if an item is being sold and shipped by an ASOS Brand Partner. The checkout process for these is the same, but you might receive your items from ASOS and our Brand Partners in separate parcels. 

Items from an ASOS Brand Partner may arrive on a different day to the rest of your ASOS items - you’ll see the expected delivery date for each individual parcel at the checkout. Keep an eye on your inbox: once the items are on their way, we’ll send you an email with the update and the tracking link.  

For items sold and shipped by ASOS Brand partners, only Standard Delivery will be available – Click & Collect and all other options are excluded. If you're subscribed to ASOS Premier, you won’t be able to make use of Premier Delivery, but you'll still get Premier benefits on parcels shipped from our ASOS warehouses.

There are also some delivery restrictions for items sold and shipped by ASOS Brand Partners. If we can’t ship an item to your chosen delivery address, you’ll be advised at the checkout. 
Remember, you can only place an order for an ASOS Brand Partner product if you are a consumer. We are unable to sell ASOS Brand Partner products to businesses (and will therefore also be unable to supply VAT invoices in relation to any ASOS Brand Partner orders).
