Orders
Only purchases you've made after joining the rewards programme will count towards your ASOS.WORLD tier progress.
Returns
If you return purchases after being upgraded to a new tier, the refunded amount will be deducted from your progress. You may move down tiers, and this will only happen after we've processed your refund - we'll send you an email or push notification to let you know if your tier status has changed.
Return Rate
To be able to move up to Icon and A-Lister tiers, your return rate must be below 70% across 3 or more orders (from January 2026 onwards).
You can check your return rate at any time in the ASOS.WORLD Hub under 'My Account'. Your returns rate is calculated by comparing the value of items you’ve returned with the value of items you’ve ordered over the past 12 months. It’s updated each time you place a new order, so you’ll always know where you stand.
You'll also find useful tips there on how to improve your return rate and choose the right size when shopping at ASOS. If your return rate changes significantly, we'll let you know!
