ARKET IS HERE: STYLE THE DROP WITH US

It’s official, ARKET has landed at ASOS. It’s everyone’s favourite Scandi brand, full of elevated basics that make up the foundations of your wardrobe. Not only that, but the quality? Unmatched. We asked our Fashion Editor, Will Johns, to talk us through the launch drop, how he styled this season's key pieces, and give us some insider styling tips, too.

GRAPHIC SILHOUETTES
‘This jacket is an elevated take on the essential bomber, so I wanted to highlight the shape. I pulled in the waist ties as tight as they would go to give it a boxier, more directional look, then contrasted the sporty feel with the smarter fit of the Oxford shirt and cord trouser. We’re clashing textures and aesthetics, but the tonal palette ties it all together.'

Insider tip: XXL bags are key for AW24, and the matching nylon of the jacket instantly elevates this outfit.

LAYERING TEXTURES
‘This is all about experimenting with layering – knitwear on knitwear. I wanted to play with different ways to wear the piece, shown by tying the cable knit around the waist and contrasting the hit of texture with the clean trouser.’

Insider tip: The pop of colour across the collar breaks the palette for a fresh take on tonal dressing.

EVERYDAY, ELEVATED
'I went for a head-to-toe grey look here – it’s an everyday outfit given more fashion credibility through the monochromatic palette. The T-shirt is tucked to hero the fit of the Mist jeans, and I finished the look with a pair of black Timberlands – a trending style for AW24.'

Insider tip: Silver jewellery complements the hardware on the jeans for a polished, refined feel.
