How do I return something from the Channel Islands?

  • Returns are FREE and trackable.
  • You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund*.
  • It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
  • Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process for all of them.


Create a return



1. Click here to register your return online. We'll need to know which items you're returning and why.

2. Once you've filled in details of your return, you'll need to select the drop off point you’ll be taking your returns package to. You can find a list of your nearest drop off points when selecting your returns method.

3. Once you've confirmed your returns information, you'll be sent a PDF label to place on the front of your parcel. This can be printed at your local post office. Place the label on the front on your parcel and return it at the post office counter.

2. Once you've filled in the details of your return, letting us know which items you're returning and why, your unique QR code will be emailed to you.

3. At the moment, we’re only able to offer a returns service from one Guernsey Post location: Envoy House, La Vrangue, GY1 1AA, Guernsey

We’ll be adding new locations over the next few months so watch this space!

4. Take your unique QR code to this location and they’ll be able to print out your returns label for you.

We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.

Be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later date.

Items from multiple orders will need to be returned in separate parcels and you'll need to create a returns label for each.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
