We’re bringing Topshop back IRL – but before we see you in August, we’re launching an exclusive pop-up shopping event: Topshop In The House. This event celebrates our new Talamanca collection and a limited-edition T-shirt collaboration with DEFECTED RECORDS. We're so excited to meet you all and showcase the very best of Topshop in real life.

Expect fresh styles, live DJ sets from Defected’s Olive F, delicious cocktails by MOTH, a full Glam Bar experience to get you event-ready, and exclusive, limited-edition Topshop x Defected merch - available only at the pop-up.

The Topshop Pop-Up will take place at the Defected Records Basement in London. On 8 May, the event is reserved exclusively for press and influencers, while the general public is welcome on 10 May from 10am to 6pm. Entry is completely free with a valid ticket.

How accessible is the Topshop X DEFECTED Pop-Up?

The main event space is located on the ground floor and accessed via a short flight of stairs. We’re committed to making the event inclusive and accessible to everyone, so a lift will be available for any guests who require step-free access.

I tried to get a ticket for the Topshop X DEFECTED Pop-Up, but it's showing as sold out?

Sorry to hear you've missed out on securing a spot – but don't worry, walk ups are welcome, and there's still plenty to enjoy: shopping, DJs, giveaways, and much more! Feel free to pop in any time between 10am and 6pm and join the fun (entry is subject to venue capacity).

Why are some styles or sizes not available in the pop-up store?

We've worked hard to ensure there's plenty of stock for the pop-up edit and have done our best to include a wide range of styles and sizes. That said, it's a busy time and some popular items may sell out quickly.

Can’t find your size in the pop-up store? No worries - every item has a QR code that links directly to the ASOS website, where you can browse the full Topshop collection and order what you need online. The regular returns policy applies to online purchases made during the pop-up experience – you can check it out here.

Can I return items bought at the Topshop X DEFECTED Pop-Up?

All purchases made at the pop-up are final sale, which means they are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances.

If you experience an issue with your item, please contact our Customer Care team. You’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase, so please make sure to keep hold of your receipt.
