How does your ASOS Instant delivery service work?
With ASOS Instant, you can place your order Monday - Sunday, up until 12:00 noon for delivery on the same day between 6pm and 10pm (excluding Public Holidays)*.
Which postcodes is ASOS Instant available to?
ASOS Instant is only available to certain postcodes. It costs £7.95 (and is excluded from ASOS Premier).
If ASOS Instant doesn't show as an option at the checkout, then it's currently unavailable to your postcode (we're hoping to add more postcodes in the near future).
Tracking your order
Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by our delivery partner.
We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order on your account under My Orders.
If some of your items are coming from another ASOS warehouse, ASOS Instant delivery won't be available for any items being shipped from outside of the UK.
What happens on the day of delivery?
A signature will be required on receipt.
If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the driver may contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will reattempt delivery on the following day between 6pm and 10pm.
After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your order will be returned to ASOS and you'll then be refunded.
