This new, chunkier shape is based on an archive model from 1998. Fun fact: street-style legend Supreme collaborated with Vans on this style just last year! Welcome in the warmer temps by styling these with some retro sports shorts and a sturdy canvas overshirt for a skate/utility-inspired edge.

Real skate heads will recognise more than one throwback detail on the Vans Speed LS. Chunky padded tongues were the defining hallmark of the era, teamed with suede overlays and an updated cupsole. We love that little logo detail on the side of the sole too.
