Arranging a return
- Available return carriers and drop-off points depend on your location and will be shown during the return process.
- No label needed! Once you’ve placed your return, you’ll receive a QR code by email, which you can also find in ‘My Returns’.
Arranging a collection
- Return from the comfort of your home - book a collection up to 5 days in advance.
- No printer needed! The label will be provided upon collection.
Return to ASOS Brand Partners
- Items sold and shipped by an ASOS Brand Partner (this will be shown in your order confirmation email) should be returned directly to the brand. Sending them back to ASOS could delay your refund.
- No printer needed! Simply use the returns label that came with your item(s). If you can't find the label, use the brand's returns link to create your return.
- Returns should be processed by our Brand Partners within 10-15 calendar days.
