Did you buy the gift voucher?
If you did, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it;
- Go to 'My Orders'.
- Check to see if there's a button next to your order says 'Cancel/View'. If there is, you still have time to cancel.
- Select 'Cancel/View'.
If that timescale has already passed and the voucher hasn't been used or locked to an account, get in touch with our Customer Care Team as we'd be happy to help cancel it for you.
If you gave us an incorrect email address, we can also change that for you and send you another one.
Received the voucher as a gift?
