The EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC gives you 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order or your order is made available for collection to withdraw from the contract for your order with ASOS, without cause. Where you withdraw from your entire order and meet the other requirements set out below, we will issue you with a full refund for the items purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you’ve paid for it.
- If you wish to withdraw from your order, please select one of the available options on the page here.
- Alternatively, you can fill out the withdrawal form on this page and send it back to us. Details on how to return it are set out in the withdrawal form. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal immediately (e.g. by e-mail).
- In order to comply with the withdrawal period, please send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Once you've informed us of your decision to withdraw from your order, we'll get back to you with instructions on how to return your unwanted items. You must return the items to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from your order. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it and be in touch with further information about your return.
- All items must be returned in accordance with our Ts&Cs here and Returns Policy here.
- If you are returning your entire order and have paid a delivery fee, we will refund the cost of standard delivery to your country even if you’ve chosen a faster delivery method. For example, if you paid €10 for 24-hour Delivery but Standard Delivery costs €3, we will refund you €3. The additional €7 is not taken into account by this regulation. If only part of your order is returned to us, we will not refund any delivery costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
- If we do not receive the order you are withdrawing from, we reserve the right to arrange to have it collected at your cost.
