Withdraw from ASOS contracts

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to withdraw from goods or services contracts within 14 days of your order being delivered to you or made available for collection (for goods) or within 14 days after the date the service contract is agreed (for services), without cause.

If you wish to withdraw from your contracts with ASOS (excluding for orders sold and shipped by an ASOS Brand Partner) please select the contract from the drop down below and follow the instructions to withdraw. Once we've been notified of your withdrawal we'll contact you via email to confirm the withdrawal.

If you are withdrawing from more than one ASOS contract, please submit a separate withdrawal form for each ASOS service and order e.g. you will need to submit one form to withdraw from your ASOS Order and a separate form to withdraw from your ASOS Premier subscription.
