How you collect your parcel will depend on the delivery partner and collection point you selected at checkout – you can find the collection point address on your order confirmation email and under ‘My Orders’ in ‘My Account’.
Collecting your order
Royal Mail collection:
- When your order arrives, you’ll receive a collection notification email and/or text - present this notification and a valid form of ID to collect your parcel.
- Acceptable forms of ID include credit or debit card, bank or building society check/savings book, passport, driving license, NHS medical card, Photo ID card (military, police warrant, Royal Mail employee, NHS, or senior citizen bus pass).
- Orders are held at the collection point for 18 days, before returning to ASOS.

EVRi ParcelShop collection
- You'll receive a collection code by email and/or text once your order has arrived – present your when collecting your parcel.
- Orders will be held at the collection point for 10 days, before being returned to ASOS.

InPost collection
- You'll need a 6-digit pick-up code to access your locker - you'll receive this by email and/or text once your order is ready for collection.
- Orders will be held at the collection point for 72 hours, before being returned to ASOS.
