GROOMING TIPS

HERE'S A FRAGRANCE FOR EVERY SUMMER DESTINATION

Summer is on the horizon, and so is your new scent – or scents. This may be a hot take, but we think fragrances should be rotated depending on your location. You've heard of wine pairings? Well, it's the same thinking. Associating a particular fragrance with a destination will evoke memories every time you wear it. Plus, if you’re travelling a lot this season, you can try out a few new scents and potentially make them staples in your grooming routine. To get you started, we’ve rounded up our favourites for different holiday destinations – and we’re not talking the obvious spots. Incoming: endless compliments about how good you smell.

SANTORINI + CK ONE ESSENCE INTENSE

CK One Essence Intense perfume

CK One Essence Parfum Intense Unisex 100, £66

Santorini is famous for its IG-ready landscape of azure waters and iconic buildings, so if you’re set for a Grecian getaway, match your fragrance to the dreamy backdrop. Aesthetically pleasing bottle aside, CK One Intense is even fresher and cleaner than the original icon, with a vibrant blend of Italian bergamot, blood orange and green tea. Pair it with your linen co-ords and fisherman sandals.

SÃO PAULO + BOSS BOTTLED BOLD CITRUS

BOSS Bottled Bold Citrus perfume

BOSS Bottled Bold Citrus Eau de Parfum for Men 100m, £95

Propaganda you’ve probably already fallen for: Brazil 2025. Propaganda you will be falling for: São Paulo + BOSS Bottled Citrus. Big-city locals and commuters alike will already be familiar with the BOSS bottled range (it’s a 9-5 essential), but this primofiore-lemon-scented newcomer is a must-have while you’re in the southern hemisphere. The fruitier, the better.

TULUM + DAVID BECKHAM INFINITE AQUA

David Beckham Collection Infinite Aqua perfume

David Beckham Collection Infinite Aqua EDP 100ml, £42

Tulum’s the closest thing to a tropical paradise, and tropical destinations pair best with aquatic fragrances (source: us). If you thought this was a rare scent profile to come by, redirect your eyes to Infinite Aqua, with its sealike colour and top notes of lemon, fig leaves and ocean breeze accord. So fresh you'll want to spritz it all day, but the long-lasting fragrance means you don't need to.

CASABLANCA + SHAY & BLUE PARFUM NASHWA

Shay & Blue Parfum Nashwa perfume

Shay & Blue Parfum Nashwa 100ml Fragrance Noir, £90

While in Morocco, you won’t exactly be starved of perfume options, but Parfum Nashwa deserves a spot on your wishlist. Trust us, the cinematic city of Casablanca and its rich history are best explored with a similarly rich blend of bergamot, dark chocolate and coconut. Fine musks and oud add a regal touch to this already stunning scent.

KYOTO + DSQUARED2 RED WOOD

Dsquared2 Red Wood perfume

Dsquared2 Red Wood EDT 50ml, £59.50

You really can’t argue with floral scents when it comes to Japan, and Red Wood is the one to know. On first spritz, the fragrance is considerably fruity, but give it a few moments and the heart notes of rose and magnolia will come to life. If you’re a fan of woody perfumes with subtle florals, wear this during your trip to the serene city of Kyoto.
