ASOSERS TRY LUSH'S NEW SOLID SHAMPOO

'My hair feels super clean and shiny after just one use and almost doesn’t even need a conditioner! It was really simple to use, too. I love that it comes with barely any packaging (and it's all recyclable). I've now started swapping all my liquid soaps to solid ones, too, to try and reduce my own plastic waste.'

'I have quite thick hair that can get greasy quickly but, with these bars, I felt I was able to leave my hair longer between washes. My mane looked much silkier than it does with regular shampoo and I’ve noticed an increase in volume – I’ve always struggled to give my locks volume, but now they're fuller than ever. 'The shampoo bars are much easier to use than bottles. To apply, simply wet your hair in the shower, soften the shampoo bar under water and rub it between your hands to create a little lather. Then, massage it through your hair and scalp. The smell is very natural, with hints of honey and sweet orange. I've noticed that my hair isn't being stripped as much compared to with my usual shampoo, and my curls feel moisturised and nourished.'

'I have such bleached hair that it makes getting soft strands very difficult, but this certainly did the trick. The next day it felt controlled with no fizz or flyways and was easy to manage and style. I love the fact that this was such a simple switch but could make a big difference to my use of plastic in the long run. This lasted a lot longer than my normal shampoos, too; I normally go through one bottle a month but this looks barely used after the same amount of time.'
