5 WATERPROOF JACKETS

adidas might have your sweats-and-sneaks game on 🔐 but it’s also got you covered (literally) when it comes to heavy-duty layering. Using adi’s RAIN.RDY tech, you can give your everyday look some streetwear clout, while still ensuring the only drip you feel is the one you’re wearing.
You can’t talk about waterproof layers without talking about The North Face. Not just a logohead staple, TNF also deliver the goods when it comes to weatherproofing. In this case, it's in the form of a waterproof and wind-blocking fabric – autumn who?
Lightweight but offering max coverage, this ASOS DESIGN jacket features a ‘rubberised’ outer. It’s smooth (kinda like rubber, obvs), so that water runs straight off it 🙌 It’s also lightweight enough to throw in a bag for those ‘WTF is the weather doing’ days.
Another 🔥 layer from outdoor-specialist-turned-streetwear-stalwart Napapijri. Oh and, in case anyone asks, it’s pronounced ‘Napapeery’. This one’s waterproofed with taped seams, stopping moisture seeping through during a heavy downpour. Double the protection, all the looks.
Luckily, this jacket from logo-heavy Superdry lives up to the brand’s name. Lightweight, waterproof and breathable, it’s perfect for the frankly bonkers weather of autumn and early winter 😭 Also, just because the days are getting darker, doesn’t mean your layering choices need to follow suit – embrace the day-glo.
