Jarlo was created in 2008 by Carly Hallahan and started life on a stall on London's famous Portobello road. An obsession with all things beautiful translated into a collection of covetable vintage silhouettes ranging from floor sweeping maxi-dresses, pretty tea dresses and retro shift dresses, all in colourful styles and vibrant prints.
