How do I return something to you from Europe?

Returning something from Belgium, Czech Republic or Portugal? You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip with your order. Instead, you'll need to create a return through your Account. Click here to find out how online returns work.

If your returning your items from Aland Islands, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Norway or Turkey, click here to find out the correct returns process.

  • You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. 
  • Returning your order within 29 to 45 days? A gift voucher will be issued instead. 
  • It can take up to 15 calendar days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed. If you live in BulgariaGreece or Romania, it can take up to 21 calendar days
  • Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to show on your account. 


Create a Return 


1. Fill in your returns slip and put it in your parcel. We’ll need to know the item you’re returning and the reason you’re returning it to us. If you no longer have your returns slip, you can download a new one from the attachments section. 

2. Click here to see your options and create your new returns label.

3. Your label will be emailed to you - simply print it out and attach it to the front of your parcel. It's worth checking your junk and spam if you're having trouble finding it. 

4. Take it to your local Post Office or selected drop off point.  

Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later date. If your local postal service doesn't offer proof of postage and you've created your returns label online, you can track your return using the tracking number generated by our returns portal. 


Don't forget....


We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.

If you're looking to return items from multiple orders, you'll need to send these back separately and create a returns label for each

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
