How do I use my ASOS Gift Card to pay for an order?

Your ASOS Gift Card will be activated at the store when you purchase it. If your card hasn’t been activated, you won’t be able to apply it to your order or lock it onto your account.

You'll find simple instructions on the back of the Gift Card to tell you how to redeem and use your card.

To pay for your order with an ASOS gift card, you have two options:

Option 1 - enter your gift card when you checkout

If you're shopping via the App, simply enter the 16-digit code into the Gift Card & Vouchers tab at checkout. You'll then be prompted to enter your 4-digit pin.

The total value of the gift card will be deducted from your order.

If you're not using the app, you’ll be prompted to add your gift card to your account before completing your order. 

Option 2 - add your gift card to spend later

• Add an ASOS gift card to your account here. 
• You’ll need to enter the 16-digit code and 4-digit pin on the back of the card.
• Once saved, your gift card will be ready to use the next time you get to checkout. 

Don’t forget…

ASOS gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. 

Once the card has been added to an ASOS account, it can't be transferred.

If you're spending more than the value of your Gift Card, you'll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card in the usual way.

If you're spending less than the value of your Gift Card, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend at a later date. You'll need to spend it before the expiry date of the gift voucher.
