Teams are coordinating their levels of glam on a sequin scale, discussing whether they’ll brave the stares of fellow commuters on the morning tube in their party attire, and debating whether to go for ballet flats or heels – is the pain really worth it? ‘I'm not one for festive cocktail dresses or sequins, so when it comes to party season, jeans and a nice top is the winning formula. I have my eye on this slouchy top and a pair of pointed boots to make the look a little more “night time”.’ Take a leaf out of Jazmin’s party playbook and pair your ‘nice top’ with classic denim. Plus, you can always amp up the glam with your makeup look and accessories. Going the other way? Make it feel more 'festive casual wear' by swapping out the boots for a classic trainer.
