Transitional season – that period between summer and autumn when the weather can’t seem to pick a lane – can be tricky to navigate. It’s a tug-of-war between scarves and sunglasses, linen suits and wool jumpers. Thankfully, shoes are a much smoother proposition. This year, we’re looking to suede shoes that work for all kinds of ‘fits and the comfy clogs you’ll be wearing on the weekend. Here are our top five picks.
DR. MARTENS LOWELL LACE-UPS

Dr. Martens are the ultimate in shoes that go the distance – once you’ve broken them in, they’re yours for the foreseeable.
