We’ve seen lots of sick style during Fashion Month, but the BEST thing we spied had to be the hair art – a new, seriously fun trend that’s been taking over buzzcuts across the fashion biz. Let’s take a look at some mane masterpieces below, along with some top tips on how to turn your head into the ultimate canvas 👇👨‍🎨

WHAT'S ALL THE BUZZ(CUT) ABOUT?

Hair art is all about expressing your personality, style and general MOOD. By painting and dyeing different designs onto your buzzcut, you’re basically making any 'fit look 🔥 Take the fella above – that leopard-print 'do takes his subdued leather jacket and navy roll-neck to a whole other level.

The options for your hair design are endless – so if you need a little guidance nailing down your work of art, here's a checklist of some of the best designs we’ve seen, at Fashion Week and beyond (shout-out to the person with the flower design that we see on our daily walk):

GET THE LOOK

To get the look, firstly pick your design and colour (or colours). Once you’ve done that, bleach and tone your hair so any colour or pattern will show up nicely - the BLEACH Total Bleach Kit and Shrine White Blonde Toner are a good shout. Then, grab a BLEACH LONDON Tool Kit (which is reusable, btw), mix it with your colour and paint on your preferred pattern. Follow the steps on the instructions and you’re good to go. ASOS tip: try a semi-perm dye before you make any big commitments AND use a treatment like Olaplex to keep your hair healthy 💪
