ASOS Credit Card – Free Premier Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: This promotion is a joint promotion between ASOS.com Limited of Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB (“ASOS”) and Capital One (Europe) plc (“Capital One”). ASOS is responsible for marketing and administration of the promotional ASOS Premier element of the offer. Capital One is the issuer of the ASOS Credit Card, is responsible for all credit decisions, and will fulfil the offer by distributing promotional codes to eligible customers.

2. Partner: The ASOS Credit Card is issued by Capital One. Capital One is responsible for all aspects of the credit card application process and credit decisions. ASOS.com Limited of Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB (“ASOS”) is not the issuer of the ASOS Credit Card and is responsible only for providing the ASOS Premier benefit associated with this promotion.

3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who apply for and successfully open a new ASOS Credit Card account with Capital One during the Promotion Period, subject to eligibility and credit approval by Capital One, and who apply via ASOS marketing channels (including ASOS-sent email communications and ASOS media placements on ASOS.com or the ASOS app). Applications submitted via third-party aggregators or comparison websites are not eligible. Existing ASOS Credit Card holders are excluded.

4. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:00 GMT 16 May 2026 until 23:59 GMT 31 August 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

5. The Offer: Eligible customers who successfully open a new ASOS Credit Card account during the Promotion Period will receive a promotional code for one (1) year of ASOS Premier free of charge (the “Offer”).

6. Premier Duration: ASOS Premier will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date the promotional code is activated on asos.com.

7. How to Claim the Offer:

(a) ASOS will generate unique Premier promotional codes and securely provide them to Capital One.

(b) Capital One will email a promotional code to each eligible customer within 30 days of the successful opening of a new ASOS Credit Card account during the Promotion Period.

(c) Customers must redeem their code by logging into or creating an ASOS account and entering the code in accordance with the instructions provided.

(d) Once activated, the Premier subscription will be applied to the customer’s ASOS account.

8. Code Validity and Usage Window: Promotional codes must be activated within six (6) months from 31 August 2026. Codes not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reissued.

9. Restrictions:

(a) One promotional code per eligible customer.

(b) The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

(c) The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time where reasonably necessary.

(d) The Offer applies only to ASOS Premier and does not include any other ASOS subscription or benefits.

10. Premier Terms: ASOS Premier is subject to ASOS Premier terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. At the end of the 12-month promotional period, ASOS Premier will automatically renew in accordance with those terms unless cancelled by the customer.

11. Existing ASOS Premier members: If you already have an active, paid ASOS Premier membership at the time you attempt to activate a promotional code under this offer, the promotional ASOS Premier period cannot be applied at the same time as your paid Premier membership and will not extend or replace it. Your paid ASOS Premier membership will continue until the end of its current term in accordance with ASOS Premier terms and conditions, and no refund, credit or cash alternative will be provided in respect of any paid Premier membership. If your paid ASOS Premier membership expires before the end of the promotional code Usage Window, you may activate the promotional code after your paid membership has ended, provided you have cancelled your Premier auto-renewal (or otherwise ended your paid Premier subscription) and then opt back in by activating the promotional code, subject to these Terms.

12. ASOS.WORLD enrolment: When you activate ASOS Premier, you will be automatically enrolled into ASOS’s loyalty programme, ASOS.WORLD, in accordance with its terms and conditions. If you opt out of ASOS.WORLD your ASOS Premier subscription will continue for its current term and then expire at the end of that term. 13. Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with ASOS’s Privacy Policy (https://www.asos.com/privacy-policy/) and Capital One’s Privacy Policy (https://www.capitalone.co.uk/compliance/privacy-policy). Data will be shared between ASOS and Capital One only as necessary to administer this promotion.

14. Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, ASOS and Capital One accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of the Offer.

15. General:

(a) Capital One and ASOS reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion where reasonably necessary.

(b) If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.

(c) These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
