How do I find the item I want?

Get outfit inspiration from your photos and screenshots with our 'Style Match' feature on the ASOS app. Simply head to the search bar and tap the camera icon. From there, you can upload a photo from your library or take one there and then, and we’ll instantly show you a range of similar items.

Product recommendations

Selections based on you and your style! Using your previous browsing and shopping activity, we can recommend items that you might like on the ASOS App.

This feature is only available on the ASOS App. You’ll find the 'For You’ tab at the top of the homepage.

Think of it as your own personal stylist, showing you inspiring products tailored to your tastes. We may recommend:

  • Styles based on your shopping habits
  • Sale items similar to styles you’ve viewed, added to your basket, and purchased
  • Items similar to your saved items
  • Alternative items for sold out items from your ‘Saved Items’ list
  • Key picks from categories you’ve been looking at
  • Items from your saved items that are low in stock

How do I change the country or currency?

The currency options available to you will depend on the country you’re browsing from. In some countries, only one currency may be available.

iOS: Head to ‘My Account’ and tap the settings icon in the top right-hand corner. From there, you can select the country you’d like to browse from and the currency you’d like to shop in.

Android: Open the left-hand menu and head to the ‘Settings’ panel, where you can update your country and currency preferences.

I’m having issues with the App

To fix most app issues, first try force- closing the app and reopening it. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the ASOS app and that your device’s operating system is up to date.

Restarting your device can often resolve crashes or performance issues. If the problem continues, try reinstalling the app. You can learn more about the app guidelines for iOS here and Android here.
