Wash and tone face
Apply a generous amount of the serum in the ampoule directly to skin
Apply the Cryo Rubber™ Mask to the face
Start with the lower portion and adjust gently towards the ears, follow with the upper portion
Leave on for 30 to 40 minutes for maximum absorption
Remove mask, lightly massage in any excess.
Use any remaining serum in ampoule on neck, chest or hands.
Put the mask and ampoule in the fridge for 20-30 mins before use for increased cooling effects.
