What are the basics?

• Delivery takes 2-3 business days* (Monday-Friday) if ordered before the cut-off in your state. In certain areas we offer delivery on a Saturday. You’ll see the correct expected delivery date at checkout.
• Express Shipping costs $10, depending on the address – and it’s free for orders over $100.
• We're unable to deliver to PO Box (APO) or Forces Post Office (FPO) address on our Express Shipping service. You'll need to select Standard Shipping.

Want to have your order delivered to a collection point?

Depending on the items in your basket, Click & Collect may be an option available to you. You will see at checkout if your items can be delivered to a store or collection point. 

• You can have your order shipped to a UPS Collection Point or to a Nordstrom store. Use the 'Click & Collect' tab at checkout and enter your address to 'find a collection point' near you.
• Express Click & Collect costs $10 and is free for orders over $100.  
• To collect your package with UPS, you'll need your UPS tracking reference and your ID. Your package will be held at the UPS collection location and is subject to holding and handling fees. 
• If you're collecting from a Nordstrom store, you’ll need your ASOS confirmation email and photo ID. Your package will be held for 8 business days. After this time, it'll be returned to ASOS.

Express Shipping Restrictions

Express shipping may not always be available at the checkout for orders that are shipped from the UK warehouse and contain items produced in certain countries. These orders will be sent via our Standard Shipping (Postal) service and can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. You’ll be able to see your estimated delivery date at checkout.

Please note that we're unable to deliver these orders to a collection point.

Certain brands may be subject to additional delivery restrictions.
