ASOS REWIND: THE BEST OF 2024

2024 is almost over, and we’re feeling nostalgic. You gave us a lot of love this year – from viral moments on socials to sell-out sensations. Here’s the year in ASOS stats ft. your most-loved items, most-searched brands and more. Which of your faves will you be carrying into 2025?

ASOS DESIGN Leopard-Print Blouse

ASOS DESIGN cotton poplin peplum tie shirt top in leopard print, $20

YOUR MOST-LOVED ITEM

You sold this ASOS DESIGN blouse out again, and again, and again. And we’re not surprised. After the mob-wife aesthetic took off at the beginning of the year, leopard print saw a meteoric rise in popularity. We thought the hype would die down, but it just kept going (and we’re very happy about it). An extra gift for you? It’s currently in stock, so you can get it in time for any January events.

YOUR TOP BRANDS

Nike, adidas and New Balance were at the top of your most-searched brands this year, with sneakers topping the list. If you want to keep up the sneak style, we’d recommend these metallic adidas SL72s. Metallic kicks are having a moment and they’ll keep the party-season vibes rolling into the new year.

HOT ON SOCIAL

We went to the Gladiator II premiere, and while we didn’t *actually* get to talk to Pedro Pascal, ASOS Mini caught his eye with her nails… and you loved it! No seriously, it got 2.2M views on Instagram – head over to socials to watch the viral video (and the nail reveal, obvs). Over on the other app, you loved our campaign video ft. influencer Madeline Argy the most! We don’t blame you, she looks *unreal*.
e.l.f. Halo Glow

e.l.f Halo Glow Liquid Filter, $25

MOST-LOVED FACE + BODY

Not only did e.l.f. take home best Face +Body brand, but the Halo Glow was your most-loved product. It is a viral sensation, so we can't say it wasn't to be expected... The do-it-all formula is made to mimic your skin, but better, giving a glow-from-within look. Plus, this multitasking icon can be worn as a primer, foundation or even a contour (shade dependant) – no wonder it’s your fave.

Jeans

ASOS EDITION Sydney denim barrel leg high waist jean in vintage blue, $75

YOUR MOST-SEARCHED

What were you after the most? Denim, of course. It’s an everyday essential, but your most-loved styles this year were all about baggy, relaxed silhouettes with a cameo from leopard-print jeans (of course!) We can’t help but think about what fits we’ll be into next year… cue: the barrel leg. It’s already seen a rise in popularity, but we predict this wide-leg, tapered style will be *everywhere* in 2025.
