Is Marketplace available on the App?
We don’t currently have an App for Marketplace, but you can still access Marketplace through our desktop site.
We’ve also added some Marketplace brands onto ASOS.com, so be sure to check them out!
How do I change the currency?
All the currencies we offer are available on the App. Depending on which country you’re choosing to browse the website from, there will be different currencies available for you to select.
On the iOS App, just tap into your ‘My Account’ section, then select the ‘Settings’ icon on the top right corner. From there, you’ll be able to select the country you’d like to browse from and the currency you’d like to shop in.
For the Android App, you’ll need to use the ‘Settings’ panel – you can find this when you open the left-hand menu.
Issues with ‘Saved Items’?
There’s a limit of 500 items which can be displayed via our App’s ‘Saved Items’ page. If you have more than 500 items in your ‘Saved Items’, our App may display a message telling you that you have no saved items. Don’t worry; you can still view all your ‘Saved Items’ via the website.
Using iOS? To remove an item from your ‘Saved Items’ list, swipe a product right to left – a ‘Remove’ button will be displayed. You can use this to remove the item from your bag or ‘Saved items’.
I’m having issues with the App
Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won’t be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.

Most other issues can be resolved by simply closing the app and launching it again. You’ll need to completely close the app rather than just put it to sleep.
