Can you tell me more about ASOS E-Gift Cards?
Things to know:
- All of our E-Gift Cards are electronic. Want to get a physical gift card? Find more info about ASOS Gift Cards here.
- E-Gift Cards can be used in the same browsing country and currency they were bought in. When spending your E-Gift Card, make sure that the browsing country flag matches the currency and country applicable to the E-Gift Card, even if another country accepts the same currency.
- E-Gift Cards can’t be purchased using Buy Now, Pay Later methods or E-Gift Cards.
- All E-Gift Cards bought in the US have no expiration date. If you bought a gift voucher in the UK, it’ll expire in 2 years. Gift vouchers bought in all other countries expire within 10 years.

How do I buy an E-Gift Card?
You can purchase an E-Gift Card here. Just decide who you want to send it to, how much you want to spend, and when you want the lucky person to get it (this can be up to three months in advance). Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the E-Gift Card to be sent to the requested email address.
Changed your mind? You have 30 minutes to cancel your E-Gift Card – you’ll see a ‘Cancel/View’ button next to your order in ‘My Account’.
How do I use an E-Gift Card?
You can either use your E-Gift Card directly at checkout or save it in your account for later.
To pay for your order using a new E-Gift Card, select the ‘Promo/Student Code or Voucher’ tab and enter your 16-digit voucher code at the checkout page. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order.
If you’d like to save the E-Gift Card for later, here’s how to do it:
- Log in to ‘My Account’ and open the ‘Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards’ tab.
- Select ‘E-Gift Card’ and enter your 16-digit voucher code.
Don’t forget to save your changes! Your saved E-Gift Card will be ready and waiting for you at checkout when you’re ready to place your new order.
Please note: once the E-Gift Card has been added to your account, it can't be transferred to another account.
If the total of your order is above the value of the E-Gift Card, you’ll be able to cover the difference with one of the other available payment methods. In this case, the remaining amount must be at least $1 in order for the additional amount to be paid with a credit or debit card.
If the E-Gift Card’s value is higher than the total of the order, the difference will stay in your account for later.
To get to the payment page, you still have to enter your card details. However, you don't need to save them as long as the total value is covered by the E-Gift Card.
I have an issue with my E-Gift Card
Haven’t received the E-Gift Card? Please wait the full 24-hour timeframe and check the ‘Junk’ folder.
Please get in touch with our Customer Care team with the following details if the E-Gift Card still hasn’t been received after 24 hours, if it’s been accidentally sent to the wrong email address, or if you lost it:
- The order number you received when you ordered the E-Gift Card and the email address registered to the account it was ordered from;
- The value of the E-Gift Card;
- The email address the E-Gift Card was sent to.
