Why are products shipped from different warehouses

We want to offer the best product range to all our customers, so some of the items you see might be stocked in a different warehouse. You’ll see this information on the product page and at checkout, so you’ll know where your items are coming from, and when to expect delivery.

If some of your items are being shipped from another ASOS warehouse, you’ll see the available delivery methods at the checkout. Bear in mind that Click & Collect won’t be available if some items are coming from a different warehouse.

Ordering to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands? At the moment, you'll only be able to order items marked as 'Shipped by ASOS UK'.

I’ve already placed my order, what does it mean for delivery?

You can see all the information about your orders, including tracking information for all your packages, in 'My Account'. If some of your items are being shipped from another ASOS warehouse, you’ll see a separate tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

You won't incur any additional customs or tax charges as a direct result of your items being delivered from multiple warehouses, so no need to worry there either!
