Can you deliver to a business address?

Yes! We can deliver to your residential address or your place of employment – you'll just need to make sure someone will be there to take receipt of the order as the carrier will deliver to the place, not the person. It’s a good idea to add your company name to help the carrier find your workplace easily. Orders are delivered between 7am - 9pm, so you'll need to make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We're able to deliver your order to a PO Box with our Standard Delivery service. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on our Express Shipping service in Australia.

We ship some brands from a different warehouse, so our couriers may be unable to deliver to the PO Box you selected. You’ll be notified if there are any issues with your delivery.
