Can I track my parcel?

  • All deliveries within mainland USA are sent with a trackable service.
  • We'll send you a link with your tracking information once your package has left our warehouse.
  • If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.
  • If your items are coming from multiple warehouses, they'll all have the same order number. However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have been shipped from. You'll see an individual tracking link for each package. 
  • You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just log into 'My Account' and view your most recent orders. Click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
  • If your push notifications are enabled on our app then you'll get a notification once your item has left our warehouse. For more information on push notifications click here.
