Can I track my parcel?

  • All deliveries within mainland USA are sent with a trackable service
  • We'll send you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse
  • If your items have been shipped in separate packages, you’ll receive individual dispatch emails with unique tracking numbers. This way you can track each parcel individually.
  • You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just log into 'My Account' and view your most recent orders. Click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page
  • If you have push notifications enabled on the app then you'll get a notification once your item has left our warehouse. For more information on push notifications click here.
