To sign up to ASOS Premier,
ASOS Premier is valid on the order you purchase it on and can take up to 1 hour to be activated on your account. You'll receive an email once it’s active.
If you're using the desktop site or android app you can now renew your ASOS Premier subscription before your current subscription ends, so you’ll never be without speedy, zero-stress shopping.
Just add ASOS Premier to your bag, buy it, and we'll do the rest! As soon as your current subscription ends, your new one will automatically begin.
- Your subscription is locked to the ASOS site you purchased it on. ASOS Premier will only apply to the Australian site and can’t be used in another country.
- If you place multiple orders on the same day using an ASOS Premier subscription, your orders may be shipped in one parcel. You'll be able to see whether they've been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you've placed is the same.
If you haven't made any eligible purchases with your ASOS Premier subscription, you can cancel it within the first 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and we’ll refund you the full amount.

If you’ve had ASOS Premier for longer than that, as per the Ts&Cs of the service we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
ASOS Premier is for personal use only. You can order as many times as you want, but it's subject to a fair use policy - just to make sure people aren't taking advantage of this great proposition, which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).
